Justin Bieber accused of assault

Justin Bieber Accused Of Assault In Cleveland

Justin Bieber is a suspect in the alleged assault of a man from an incident in June of past year. Not to say that headbutting is the answer (though at least it's a pretty badass move), but it's pretty shitty to go to a restaurant and be recorded by the staff.

Richmond is claiming that he ended up having to go to the hospital after the fight, where he was diagnosed with a concussion from the punches. Cannon said Bieber got angry and told him to delete the photo, and Cannon said he would only delete it if Bieber gave him his glasses back. It took place at the Italian restaurant Serafina.

In a much different police issue, earlier this month Justin posed for selfies with Orange County Sheriff deputies in a Californian Starbucks, before picking up the coffee bill for the entire group.

But it does appear as if he's been on edge of late, mostly due to Selena Gomez now dating The Weeknd. He says Justin's crew also got involved in the ruckus.

He alleged Justin was not happy about this, and in turn lashed out at him.

If you cast your mind back to past year, you may or may not remember that time Justin Bieber was involved in a scuffle as he was leaving a basketball game in Cleveland.

The victim reportedly did not want to press charges, but police are continuing to investigate the incident as a possible misdemeanor battery.

"We always have a pleasant experience with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina".
