She recently debuted her trimmer figure on an episode of her new reality show, and has since been seen photographed for the first time since shedding the weight.

"A couple years ago she was on The Dr.s and they put her on a diet and exercise plan".

After learning her ex, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson, was getting married, Shannon made a decision to shed the extra weight and spent almost $75,000 on her transformation which was documented in her new series, "Mama June: From Not To Hot".

After losing almost 300 pounds, Shannon said she will "never go back" to being overweight. "I'm [going to] need a ride mower, ' and he said, 'You're gonna need a push mower, 'cause it wouldn't hurt, '" she recalled. "I mean, it was a nice house, but it's nothing like home".

"I gave it up, it isn't worth it", she said of dating, saying it's really hard for her to meet men that are "genuine" and there for "the right" reasons.

However despite her incredible transformation (she's reportedly down to a U.S. size 4) her 17-year-old daughter "Pumpkin", says her mom still thinks of herself as fat.

Cameras shot even the most intimate moments of June's journey, including doctor consults, which she hopes will show viewers the work it takes to have a permanent solution.

June also said: 'I do worry about their health, but I'm not going to say, "You got to eat salads all the time"'.

"And I guess because she's seen herself as a bigger person all these years, she doesn't realize how small she is". Therefore, Mama June had to do a complete lifestyle change by combining working out and making healthier food choices in reasonable portions.

Shannon had two surgeries just to remove her excess skin.

Dressed in a purple T-shirt and blue jeans, the Mama June: From Not To Hot reality star rocked a bold bra-free look before heading into her Good Morning America interview. "I don't know and don't really care [what he thinks]", she said, adding that the We TV series shows a "mild version" of their strained relationship. I would never say that...
