Here's Our First Look At Call of Duty: WWII

Pro football players Golden Tate and Joey Bosa play Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Sabotage DLC from Houston

Sledgehammer Games and Activision has finally revealed Call of Duty: WWII at a special event in London.

Bristling with cannon and armaments, the Rock commanded control of the Strait of Gibraltar, a critical maritime chokepoint vital to the war effort.

The Definitive World War II Campaign: Call of Duty: WWII tells the story of an unbreakable brotherhood of common men fighting to preserve freedom in a world on the brink of tyranny.

Activision has confirmed just when Call of Duty: WWII will be released, while also offering the first details about the game's campaign. Players will also get to play as a female who is a member of the French resistance.

A new way to engage in a player's Multiplayer career - Divisions immerse players in the heroic journey of enlisting in the world's most historic war.

After a teaser announcement last week, Sledgehammer Games revealed more details about the next Call of Dutytitle. Like the Call of Duty games that came before it, it'll be launching on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. "Players will also enjoy exciting new ways to interact and socialise with their friends and the Call of Duty community". From the first look, the game looks impressive as it takes players across Europe through three game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Co-operative.

Additionally, a private beta will be available to those who preorder the game, though no official dates have been set for the beta.

The return to World War II couldn't have been better timed, but Call of Duty: WWII was always going to be the next game in the franchise, regardless of how people felt about Infinite Warfare.

A new leak has surfaced recently that revealed important details of upcoming "Call of Duty: WWII". Then it's claimed that a cooperative mode is in the game, complete with a "new and original story". Call of Duty: WWII's co-op mode will be the next entry in the series' popular "Zombies" spin-offs, and will chronicle the Third Reich's last-ditch efforts to create supersoldiers as Allied forces close in.
