E3 2017: EA Details Battlefront II's First Free DLC Drop

Bethesda's E3 invite contains lots of hints about what the company could show off. Bethesda

What do you think about the new footage from Star Wars: Battlefront II? Here we are going to highlight each one of those experiences.

In addition to the all-new single player campaign, the team at DICE is evolving the game's multiplayer to become the ultimate Star Wars battleground. One of the cool things about the game is that DLC will be free.

Furthermore, we got to see some more content for Battlefield 1.

E3 2017 is off to a pretty nice start with a series of showcases from EA.

The World War I-themed shooter will be enjoying a new expansion, In the Name of the Tsar, with maps focused on the Russian front. Battlefield 1 has been doing great, which is no surprise, looking at how well it has been made. His journey is apparently continuing in this year's Federation Internationale de Football Association 18. Christiano Ronaldo is on the cover of the game and the football player has been motion captured in order to ensure maximum realism and immersion. During the presentation, some small details of the story mode were announced as well as a first hand look at the multiplayer.

Will there ever be a proper Pokémon game on Switch?

The dynamic introduced by the split-screen and, therefore, watching the interaction between both players' co-operative game, is very clever indeed. They're focusing on AI at the moment and maybe we'll see their enhancements in future games.

E3 is undeniably one of the highlights of the gaming year, and now, after months of anticipation, the festivities are officially underway. Let's take a look at the new trailers for each. Infused with cinematic mayhem, Need for Speed: Payback seems to offer a lot more than your typical racing game.

Well, the bloke behind that game, Josef Fares, has founded a new studio called Hazelight and looks set to bring another co-op experience to gamers.

The game was first teased a year ago in a short video but it's worth noting that the publisher never confirmed we'd be seeing it. If you happened to catch the stream online, congrats: you had a much better view than most of the people in the audience. The microtransaction model has worked for other games, like Overwatch and the undying Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
