Trump approval rating matches all-time low

Poll: Most Voters Think President Trump's White House is in Chaos

The poll indicates that Trump beat Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton by 37 percentage points among those voters, a 12-point improvement over 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney's edge over then-President Barack Obama.

Trump's approval rating has dropped down to the 36 percent mark June 25, and July 19 and 24.

The Morning Consult/Politico poll found that 60% of registered voters think Trump's administration is running "somewhat chaotically" or "very chaotically". "Profound embarrassment over his performance in office and deepening concerns over his level-headedness have to raise the biggest heads".

Trump's approval rating even dropped to a new low in his coveted Rasmussen tracking poll, which found that just 39% of likely United States voters approved of the job he's doing, compared to 61% who disapproved.

Sixty-two percent of those surveyed said he is not honest; 63 percent said he does not have good leadership skills; and 59 percent said he does no care about average Americans.

However, the poll did find that 58 percent of people found Trump to be "strong". "The daily drip drip of missteps and firings and discord are generating a tidal wave of bad polling numbers".

Trump's approval rating was 76 percent among Republicans, 2 percent among Democrats and 34 percent among independents.

Americans also had strong opinions about the growing probe into whether Russian Federation colluded with members of the Trump campaign in an effort to sway the 2016 presidential election.

A quarter of those polled said they strongly approve of how Trump is performing in the White House, while 50 percent strongly disapprove.

The poll was conducted Thursday through Saturday, shortly before Anthony Scaramucci stepped down from his position as Communications Director after serving in the role for just 10 days.
